Brahmotsavam is a festival of nine days in in Lord Venkateshwara Temple at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. This Brahmotsavam festival will start during Durga Navratri begins with Ankurarpana on September 28th 2011 and ends Oct.6th 2011 with Chakrasnana Mahotsavam. Ankurarpana Utsavam held on the evening of September 28, 2011. Garuda Vahana Seva will held on 3rd October 2011. This festival attracts several lakh followers. Garuda Seva is now the most famous celebrated day for Tirupati Brahmotsavam. But it is the festival of Brahmotsavam continued for nine days, Garuda Vahan Seva is the most generous of all, because Garuda is Kshetra Palaka and vahanam or vehicle of Vishnu.
Pedda Sesha Vahana Seva 2011 date is on September 29, and Chinna Sesha Vahana Seva is performed on 30th of september. Hanumath Vahana Vasantotsavam Seva and events are conducted on October 4, 2011. Rathotsavam celebrated October 6, 2011.
